I haven't been very impressed with the new townhouse I purchased. To start with, Ryan Homes uses the cheapest service when it comes to installing new lawns. I have had nothing but problems with getting grass to grow in the backyard due to the shoddy and cheap work they did. Everybody's back lots in my row has bald patches galore. One landscaper I talked to said he is amazed any of their lots grow anything with how much they cheap out. I have had to spend hundreds of dollars trying to fix a mess that was put in to begin with.... read more
