Great neighborhood, awesome designs and finishes. Tom & Tom were fantastic with financing and the build.
Extremely disappointed in Ryan Homes. Literally hundreds of defects in drywall and painting. My bedroom door will not even latch when trying to close it. It is apparent that the workers had zero experience. Either that or they cared less about their workmanship. Do not trust Ryan Homes.
Quality was just not there. Disappointing
We purchased our home in Sinclair Springs in February, 2020. Our project manager, Tom McBride, was nothing but helpful, kind, and prompt. We do not have enough kind things to say about our experience with Tom- we would recommend him to anyone and would build with him (as our project manager) again. The NVR side of Ryan Homes, however, has been a different experience.
