My husband and I are so excited to say we have bought a house through Ryan Homes here. Lucas was so great to work with, super friendly and personable and answered any questions we had a long the way. He was also super responsive to any type of communication. We are looking forward to the building process and to enjoying our new home soon!
We had the pleasure of meeting Lucas at the Sharron Creek development. He was very helpful answering all of questions. We were impressed with the way Ryan Homes operates. It didn't take us more than hour to decide to buy our home there. We have bought many homes in the past and thus was the easiest ever.
We met Brett, the project manager of our house, a few days ago. He seems genuine and like he really cares about building a quality home for us. We look forward to future meetings with him and watching the construction of our home.
The size and location of this neighborhood drew us in. We liked the fact that it was a smaller, more quaint community and that it is close to many amenities. Lucas has been great to work with throughout our home building process. He is both professional, personable and quick to respond to any questions we have. This has been very helpful since we are out of state. We are excited to become a part of this new community!
