The size and location of this neighborhood drew us in. We liked the fact that it was a smaller, more quaint community and that it is close to many amenities. Lucas has been great to work with throughout our home building process. He is both professional, personable and quick to respond to any questions we have. This has been very helpful since we are out of state. We are excited to become a part of this new community!

Danielle Hunt of Ryan Homes is a fabulous sales rep. The biggest attribute I found was that she listens to your needs and wants and can find a way to help in the decision making process of buying a home. I have full confidence in Danielle coordinating the purchase of our new home. Brett as the project manager picked up the reins for the next stage of the build. Awesome team!!!!

Enjoying the Experience Understated and very professional The house Model is very nicely decorated while allowing you to picture your own furnishings upon completion. The Standard offerings are on point with nothing too gaudy and exactly what is needed along with some that are bonuses for the average buyer. The development layout has staggered lots that means no one looks into the others windows/home along with a decent spacing between them.
