Please save your money! I had a home built in 2023 by Ryan Homes in Elmwood Cottages.  It has been the worst experience of my life!  They put in the cheapest appliances they could find.  I have already had to buy a new washer and dryer.  The dishwasher doesn’t work and the oven doesn’t work!  I can’t even cook anything and with the holidays coming up, I will have to dine out.  I can’t even invite anyone over for dinner. We purchased a Ryan home 4 months ago in the Mayberry community. This is not our first new build in the area however, it’s the best experience we have had. Ryan (NVR) Homes has an amazing team of employees. Ryan Homes and their employees are very responsive, have a strong work ethics, and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about Jake and Austin. We were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to purchase a Ryan Home in this community.Â
Unfortunately, we have a very power hungry HOA. They like to change things that have been perfectly fine after 6 years, with BS explanations! In addition, they make it very uncomfortable to live here with children. Sad to say, but it’s run like a retirement community, and had been a problem since the start! In addition, It takes a lot of work & effort to get things fixed here. With a new home, we hope to have a painless move in and a home without problems. Beautiful community, with a lot to offer. However, it’s all retirees. We need kids and young families to liven this place asap! It’s got a lot to offer, we just need some more fun families to enjoy it with. There are four kids here so far, and we built here 2 years ago. I was just told that they have been falsely advertising 55+ here, which is not what is neededÂ
A huge thank you to James and Ryan, part of the warranty team managing Spring Breeze! I have lived in my new home here just over a year now and had to put in a call to the Ryan homes call center to ask how to do one of the regular yearly maintenance items. They said they would get back to me and I was expected that to mean in a few days or so. James and Ryan appeared at my doorstep almost immediately the same morning to assist! All questions were answered and my maintenance work was able to be completed! Thank you so much!Â
