The whole buying process was great - Anne was a wonderful sales rep and took the time to walk us through the buying process. The floor plans are very efficient and modern and make great use of the relatively-small build area. It took Ryan a little less than 5 months to build our house. I was worried about quality or workmanship issues given the fast rate of the build, but aside from 2 or 3 small issues which were later remedied. Time will tell how well it holds up. Wonderful experience with Ryan Homes. Our sales rep, Anne, was wonderful. She was patient and responsive, and she made the selection process a breeze. And our project manager, Dan, was amazing. He called every Friday with an update, and he was quick to answer any questions and address any issues. Lastly, we love the neighborhood! 10/10 would recommend.
Our house was finished on time, seeing the house being built was quite an experience, closing was a breeze, all paperwork ready and very clear in paper and digital, well organized, this review is only for Ryan Homes, the community and neighbors are so amazing and nice that deserve a separate five stars review. Seneca Trails feels like a beautiful, quiet country retreat, yet with a very convenient on/off to the 79 freeway and just 12 minutes to Cranberry shopping. The staff is easy to work with. This new-build location combines affordability with comfortable, spacious floor plans. Great neighborhood!
Just your normal cookie cutter house plan. Nothing special about it at all.
