We are so excited to be moving to the very beautiful Greenville SC. When we stumbled upon Riverstone at Ryan Home we were so joyful. We had a good experience with Ryan Homes. Our initial contact with Regina went smoothly and she along with our daughter (she lives in the neighborhood) helped us choose everything for our new home from afar. At the beginning of the construction process Aaron Kennedy was our project manager and he kept us updated with messages and videos of the process weekly. We enjoyed working with Aaron. I would not suggest buying a Ryan Home it’s been an absolute nightmare, the person I am dealing with through the warranty department, does bare minimum to fix issues usually resulting in a worse outcome. The doors were installed improperly causing a leak under our floor, did come out and address this but they installed the wrong flooring 3 times, took off our back door 4 times and front door like 3 times, each time causing more issues to walls and baseboards. Purchased a new home with Ryan Homes, Riverstone Greenville South Carolina, Regina Snipes was our sales rep. Excellent service all around communication did our construction pre construction meeting with Cody Lowe and Thomas kruszka and they are awesome. Highly recommend them for anyone going to purchase a home!
We enjoyed working with Regina when purchasing our home and with our project managers, Cody and Brett. We are very pleased with the response of the warranty process.
