It’s pretty unfortunate. They’re sales people in the end. You will be at fault according to them, and all expenses will be placed on you to fix. Go to a different developer.

My son bought in this development. Got a large house for a large price. I don't care for the plastic on the basement walls. Needs a lot of final work done. Slow sales finishing the development.
