My son bought in this development. Got a large house for a large price. I don't care for the plastic on the basement walls. Needs a lot of final work done. Slow sales finishing the development.
Wanted to wait until my 1st year was complete in order to offer a comprehensive assessment. Certainly, it has not been a perfect experience. There have been some issues along the way, but I have to give kudos to two individuals who have been extremely helpful throughout this process. 1.) Our PM Brian was awesome.
