We are so excited about our purchase and look forward to moving into our new home. The process was easy and free from pressure. Kudos to Patti who was the Ryan home representative who helped us through the entire process. She always responded to questions, even on her day off. Patti was also patient as we signed our contract and then decided to change the house model we wanted and made a few more changes. Now that we're past the point of making changes we will be having our pre construction meeting in a few weeks.

I'm very excited
Very excited to live in this new development. The process was surprisingly seamless. Patricia Fehlan is outstanding, she is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t feel like she was trying to sell us on anything. The area is nice and quiet, rural enough, with a lot of shopping and activities close by, but not too close, which is exactly what we want.
