Bought a house that was customized and built by someone else who then had to back out at the last minute. Final inspection found a few things, and the builders were willing to correct most of the problems. Neighborhood is very nice, and everyone is super friendly. The sales reps are pretty good, but communication seemed to be a big issue going through the whole process.
