It was always a dream to have a house built from scratch. Ryan homes made our dream a reality, and it was such a smooth process. Patti Fehlan and Isaac the project manager were pivotal in our satisfaction with everything. We couldn't be happier to move into our new home, and I highly recommend Ryan Homes to anyone who wants a brand new home for a reasonable price. Very satisfied with our purchase.
We are so excited about our purchase and look forward to moving into our new home. The process was easy and free from pressure. Kudos to Patti who was the Ryan home representative who helped us through the entire process. She always responded to questions, even on her day off. Patti was also patient as we signed our contract and then decided to change the house model we wanted and made a few more changes. Now that we're past the point of making changes we will be having our pre construction meeting in a few weeks.
Great people to work with. Very helpful and answers any questions we have. Very very nice.
