We had a great experience with the team from start to finish. Jeremy was the first person we met and really sold us on the house. He also helped us choose designs and always answered our questions thoughtfully. Loren was friendly and provided all the information we needed, guiding us smoothly through the process. EDITED: 6/11/25 DO NOT BUILD HERE. Lies lies lies are fed by this company. Poorly built homes. Tons of warranty requests having to be put in due to poorly constructed homes. It is almost like pulling teeth to get these requests fulfilled. Poorly lit neighborhood with cars being broken into, disrespectful contractors leaving nails in the road (I have 2 flat tires after only 5 months of being here).
