EDITED: 6/11/25 DO NOT BUILD HERE. Lies lies lies are fed by this company. Poorly built homes. Tons of warranty requests having to be put in due to poorly constructed homes. It is almost like pulling teeth to get these requests fulfilled. Poorly lit neighborhood with cars being broken into, disrespectful contractors leaving nails in the road (I have 2 flat tires after only 5 months of being here).
