We are new home buyers, and Ryan Homes was the second home builder that we considered. We looked at a few other houses before looking at Ryan Homes. We already had a home tour scheduled elsewhere, but decided to look at a Ryans Home in Rappahannock Landing just to have something to do that upcoming weekend (with no interest in purchasing). I’m currently in the process of buying my first home and I’m having the pleasure to be working with Gigi Garcia through this process. Gigi is excellent! She has made everything very easy for me and my fiancé.
