This builder is so nice until you sign the contract. Cheap material that falls apart within a year. The sales lady lied so much about almost every detail and about the materials used to build the home. The superintendent's don't return calls or respond to the simplest needs. Homes are built with cheap material with very poor workmanship. The warranty team basically doesn't exist and it takes them months to fix the simplest things. Kelly was amazing! From the 1st time we stepped into the model to her helping us with the contract and going over everything. So very knowledgeable too. She knew her stuff.
