Our daughter and son-in-law just went under contract for their new home and as we helped them walk through the process, we worked with Ryan Backus. His professionalism, dedication, kindness and knowledge were a blessing to us all. We feel like he really went above and beyond our expectations and we would gladly recommend him and Ryan homes to all!
Ryan Backus was our sales representative and he was fantastic. He was transparent and super helpful in answering questions quickly. He genuinely cared to help us instead of just treating us like a number. We visited quite a few other communities and looked at a lot of other homes and our experience with Ryan and Ryan Homes was by far the best! I would highly recommend them!
Daniel Glennon was very helpful and available in questions we had throughout the process of our house being built. He went above and beyond his job description. For example, the house we were having built, the master bathroom did not have a separate bathtub and shower like we wanted and the community we were having the house built in did not offer this as an option/upgrade.
