This was not my first home, but thanks to Beverly Pavlosky in Piatt Estates it will be. After 38 years of Military service and living in several locations I decided to return home to this area. My wife and I currently own a home but have always thought about building a new home. We talked to several builders and visited their model homes not knowing what to expect or if it was really feasible for us. We visited Piatt Estates and met with Beverly Pavlosky. Beverly Hills was a wonderful sales person to work with. She really took a long time talking and digging to find what was important to us in a home. She guided us in the right direction and continued to follow up during the construction process. She was there whenever we need her, time off, late hours.. she cared. Even after the building process happened. She is the reason we chose to build with Ryan.
Ive lived here going on 2yrs and I love this community, its quiet, beautiful and has great access to the interstate. Beverly Hills does an excellent job and we still enjoy visiting with her.
Just bought a new home here. Beverly Hills was my sales rep. Can't say enough wonderful things about her!! Such a great personality! She explained everything so well. Answered ALL my questions.
