I'm currently building a home in Pearces Landing; I want to personally recognize both my builder and sales agent (Landon & Katrena) for their unwavering dedication to Quality, Communication, and Customer Service. I have purchased with other builders in the past and have never received this level of customer care. Thank you Ryan Homes, and thank you Landon and Katrena.
Worst experience of buying property with RYAN Homes. The workman ship is the worst . Just after a year the paint start peeling off and also the flooring is having issues. Also the HOA and Sales office are worst. Ryan homes Sales office just care about selling homes to you and nothing else. There are lot more builders in the area who provide better service and better after sales experience. They were also taking monthly HOA and build the community center after 2 years . If you can avoid this place try doing it.
