Their version od topsoil is clay. Had to replace walkway after 5 months. Had other issues. Tim from the Ryan Homes warranty was great at resolving issues.
Nice homes, initial yards need work
The homes are nice enough, if a little overpriced for what you get. Expect lots of trouble getting any warranty work done on time though- and believe me you will need warranty work done.
