I wanted to share my experience with sales rep, it's crucial to get everything in writing before finalizing any agreement. Often, promises made by sales representatives are only verbal, but without documentation, you may find yourself responsible for items or costs you weren't initially expecting. Edited 6/30: Some things have been addressed, such as the warranty issues, which is much appreciated. Everyone was nice and helpful. We bought a home in Patriot’s Glen. We stopped hearing from our sales rep a month before closing. Since we lost our point of contact, we were not able to get certain questions answered and were never given the HOA regulations we tried very hard to get. We ended up getting the requested HOA bylaws etc six weeks *after* moving in. This is something important to note, ask for the HOA rules, as the... read more

We signed for a home in this community in March and so far the process has been seamless. Jacki in the sales office is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She’s quick to return calls/emails and always goes above and beyond. Jake, the PM, has been great so far too! We just completed our pre-drywall walkthrough and everything looked great. The timeline for completion seems to be staying right on track, and we’re so excited!
