Often, promises made by sales representatives are only verbal, but without documentation, you may find yourself responsible for items or costs you weren't initially expecting. Edited 6/30: Some things have been addressed, such as the warranty issues, which is much appreciated. Everyone was nice and helpful. We bought a home in Patriot’s Glen. We stopped hearing from our sales rep a month before closing. Since we lost our point of contact, we were not able to get certain questions answered and were never given the HOA regulations we tried very hard to get.
