Recently bought a house in parkview preserve. During the building process we make it exceptionally clear our sod needs to be healthy and growing. Before closing we walk the property and find the yard was over watered and drowned. We were promised it would be fixed and here we are over a month later, the company is now acting that the grass is dormant while there are bare spots all over the yard, not growing at all.
