We are so excited to be building our new villa at Park Ridge Villas by Ryan Homes. The buying process was so easy. We absolutely loved working with Jeanne Gibson, who was so professional and kind. She explained everything in detail!
Wonderful builder friendly sales staff
Very unprofessional between the mortgage team and sales team. I was interested in this neighborhood, had 20% for a down payment, and a pre-qualification letter from my own lender. The mortgage officer basically wrote me off and didn't qualify me which is fine because I had another qualification letter. The only professional employee I was in contact with was Mona but of course she's leaving for another division. I contacted Jeanne 3 times and it took over 2 weeks before I heard back. Largest impulse buy ever! Been in the same place for 20 years and have found it to be just too big. Saw new construction in my ares and stopped at Park Ridge Villas were like. The greeting and knowledge from Mona and Kristin was amazing. The units were half the size of my current home and the lot and lack of my labour was a huge selling point. After going back with the boss (wife), we were sold on the move. Kudos to Ryan Homes for our new place to be.
