Jaime, Charles and Josh great team. Very responsive, nice and informative. Can't wait to see the end results of the Columbia model!! Been here over a year.... mold in the basement bathroom which you can't use often or it will back up, the HOA is a joke, overpriced HOA fees just to cut the grass. We don't vote on anything and Ryan homes doesn't have answers to where all of our money is going... Cojelo Suave... estafa.
