I decided to inquire about the homes in Old Colony because my family and I live in the neighborhood next door and it was truly just a what if for us. The response was almost immediate. I got a call from Paul and he was extremely knowledgeable. We decided to go that evening and look at a home. We instantly felt it was meant to be. Paul Thornburg was especially caring about my circumstances which let to the purchase of my home. He has every answer for every question I had. I also looked at Fisher homes and what I was getting with Ryan Homes was a much better value.

So the home is built on time and in the first year they come out and fix nail pops, we have a mild winter so not much snow this year more snow and my driveway and front stoop concert is flaking I call and they say pretty much “ after 1 year it’s on you” even though it was a install issue. So Ryan homes won’t even cover the product, so since the winter was soft the first year the craftsman ship wasn’t exposed.
