We weren't even looking at new construction but drove by Oak Grove and decided to check it out. The sign said by appointment only so I almost drove off, but my husband took the chance and entered the model home. There we met with Hunter Heavner who graciously invited us in. We talked about the development and looked over a few models. He invited us back later in the afternoon to tour a few models. He was absolutely friendly and approachable.
