Northerly at Ryan homes is marked as “Brownfield” land in NC Dept of Environmental site. Brownfield refers to land that has been abandoned or underutilized, and which may carry pollution, or a risk or pollution from industrial use. Buildings 1012, 1002,1004 and 1005 are affected by the industrial waste. This was NOT mentioned by Ryan homes representative before we signed the agreement.
