The community is wonderful and the floorplan of the Bramante II is very innovative. Kathleen Rose is exceptional with her sales assistance. We have had a several minor corrections required after we moved in and their Warranty Manager, Chris, has been extremely helpful. He truly wants to make sure we are satisfied with our new home experience. As a Realtor, I have met with many home builders and would have to rate Ryan's staff as one of the best!
We had a fantastic experience building our home with Kathleen and Cody at Ryan Homes. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional every step of the way, making our first new build a seamless and enjoyable process!
We just bought and built our home this summer at Nathanial’s Grove and we were impressed by how smooth it went. Kathleen met us without hesitation on a Sunday when we had to fly across the country to visit last minute. She was a great communicator and provided excellent insight into our options. Chris Trammel's customer service is second to none and is what customer service should be about. Chris is an irreplaceable asset to any company. He is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and dedication towards completing our warranty work correctly. We feel very Blessed and Thankful to work with such a Great and Caring Leader.
Be aware of your warranty. Less than two years and our driveway is flaking up. Ryan homes says it’s the salt. We have not used salt at all. But needless to say it’s past the one year warranty so we are screwed. James from the warranty department showed no concern. I guess all this money and your driveway only lasts one year. I warn everyone to stay away from Ryan’s homes.
