I purchased a Ryan Home in October of 2023 in Middle Creek Preserve. Initially the sellers were extremely friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, I cannot say same for the construction of the home. I noticed a crack in the ceiling and the concrete sidewalk is chipping. I called Ryan to notify them about the cracked ceiling and never received a response. Three weeks later I called them back was told the one year warranty had expired.I asked them if there was a grace period, since it was only a few months after the first year... read more
When I met with Laura, she was such a warm and friendly person, she made the experience a pleasure. She was so helpful. I can't wait yo see my new home completed and move in.
