I recently purchased a new construction home in Middle Creek Preserve in Lewes, DE. This would be my very first venture into world of having a custom home built. Looks like they need a professional lawn service
I purchased a Ryan Home in October of 2023 in Middle Creek Preserve. Initially the sellers were extremely friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, I cannot say same for the construction of the home. I noticed a crack in the ceiling and the concrete sidewalk is chipping. I called Ryan to notify them about the cracked ceiling and never received a response.
