This community was built as cheaply as possible. I guess a first time home buyer is excited to own an affordable home. But if you are accustomed to thoughtful design and decent quality, this community is NOT where you want to buy/live. These homes “prefab” meaning all frames & roof joists are made in a factory. NOT stick built! This does make for quick construction, but forget asking for any deviation on the design. For instance with our design, the garage door opens into the basement door.
