Brian displayed outstanding professionalism, expertise, and personalized attention, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We purchased over the summer and like the townhouse, but learned a few things that weren't apparent from our pre-purchase visit: The garages are too small for regular use, and not enough alternate parking, so residents must park on the very narrow street. Also, the traffic on Big Station Camp is usually pretty heavy, making for very long delays for getting out of the development with only a stop sign. It would be good to know if there are any definitive plans for a traffic signal there.
