Excellent experience buying a new townhome with Ryan Homes in the highly rated Station Camp school district! Working with Raymond Hatfield (“Brian”) to purchase a new home at McCain’s Station in Gallatin, TN, resulted in a very positive outcome. Brian displayed outstanding professionalism, expertise, and personalized attention, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We also greatly appreciate Aleeson Phalichanh, who showed us and our agent Missy Kelley other beautiful models built by Ryan Homes in Gallatin.

We purchased over the summer and like the townhouse, but learned a few things that weren't apparent from our pre-purchase visit: The garages are too small for regular use, and not enough alternate parking, so residents must park on the very narrow street. Also, the traffic on Big Station Camp is usually pretty heavy, making for very long delays for getting out of the development with only a stop sign. It would be good to know if there are any definitive plans for a traffic signal there.
My Daughter has just purchased a townhome in McCain's Station. Throughout the process, we were constantly kept updated by the Project Manager Nick Koldeway and his assistant Raeshawn. The meticulous coordination during the build process is truly a ballet of construction and produces an extremely well-built and quality home.
