We have had such an easy home-buying experience. Janie Summey is our sales associate. She works out of the Berkeley location. She has met us at Linden Park numerous times and explained the Ryan Homes building process. This is the 4th home we built but not in this State. And this had been a far better smoother purchase. Janie has gone above and beyond by making herself available to us at all times even after work hours. She has become a true friend.
Do NOT purchase here. The lot is terrible, and the grading and landscaping are a complete joke. If you want to enjoy or improve your yard, this is not the place. I unfortunately learned this too late after purchasing from out of state— the sales rep’s pictures did not show the reality of the poor lot we ended up with (sold at a premium price).
