Do not build with Ryan Homes. I built in another community in Painesville and my lot was misrepresented to me. I have text messages confirming the size of my lot along with a topo map used to secure a fence. Ryan failed to include an easement on the map for public access to a walking path, which was also never mentioned to me. The city has threatened legal action against me if I don’t move the fence despite Ryan being to blame.
