I had worst experience with the sales manager. She keeps on changing her words. Before signing papers and after signing papers you will see a-lot of difference in there talking. Not only me many of my friend who took Ryan homes faced this issue.we visited multiple times to see the model house. They keep on changing the prices and words. Do not buy anything that is developed by Delco like this development. They are crooks… our brand new development at Haddonpoint in Pennsauken is a disgrace… it is problem after problem and they do not stand by their work. The sprinkler system doesn’t work, the retention pond is in violation of the NJDEP, concrete driveways are falling apart…and the list goes on and on… don’t waste your money….
