In an effort to further WARN future homeowners from purchasing in this community, I would like to add to my review from ten months ago. The pool, which was promised by the HOA/developer (DDC Management) - was just opened September 29, 2023. Keep in mind, we were initially told Fall 2022. This community is so sadly laughable with the developer controlled HOA, and the incompetent HOA Management company they have selected, Leland Management. We had hopes of having a new home. We signed the paperwork picked out a home gave them the $10,000 by the agreed upon date and had our home that we were living in sold by the agreed upon date. We looked forward to moving into the home. Every deadline that we were given by the company was not met. We hired our own building inspector which was another cost incurred. The inspector had over five pages of items that needed repaired and that was even before the drywall that never showed up was supposed to be installed. They claime... read more
