In an effort to further WARN future homeowners from purchasing in this community, I would like to add to my review from ten months ago. The pool, which was promised by the HOA/developer (DDC Management) - was just opened September 29, 2023. Keep in mind, we were initially told Fall 2022. This community is so sadly laughable with the developer controlled HOA, and the incompetent HOA Management company they have selected, Leland Management.
