This is a review based on the overall experience and ongoing issues. We purchased a beautiful house, we love our home, BUT...... The experience with the sales rep Whitney was less than professional, snarky and even absent at times. The Project manager James is a very nice guy but too green in experience, IMO. The day before we were to do walk through and closing the inadequate drainage in our portion of the neighborhood made several yards a river, literally. We are very excited to have our home built at Lake Tabor Estates. The lot and community size are perfect! The style of homes were exactly what we were looking for. TJ, our salesman has been great to work with and is keeping us up to date on everything. We can’t wait to move in!

I wanted a new build and I wanted it on a decent amount of land. When I went out to look at the model homes at Lake Tabor Estates, I met Whitney, the on-site sales representative. Whitney walked me through each model home and around the development to show me all the lots. Whitney was open, friendly and very excited to be helping me. We have been looking for almost 7 months for the right home for my husband and I. We heard about Ryan's home thought let's check them out. When we got there I was so xcited after meeting whitney.she was such a pleasure meeting . She was on top of every question we had. She was the kindest person I just was so impressed with her.
