Let me first start off by saying Ryan Homes you are so blessed to have Eric long working for your company!!! Eric HAS IT he definitely HAS IT. We are still in the process of securing the loan for the potential build here at Lake Margaret. Scott and Ethan have been an absolute pleasure to work with so far. Excellent communication and eager to answer every question or find the answer. The home sites are large and mostly private, which is a nice bonus, for us and those looking to not be on top of your neighbor.
