Every step of the home building process, from first consult to final walk through was executed with care and exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased that the project timeline stayed on schedule and closed on the forecasted date. This took away a lot of stress that often comes with selling a home and moving into a new one. The experience has been phenomenal! From the very beginning working with Mark throughout the sales process to the build process with Ross, everything has been amazing. As with any build, there have been minor issues that come about, but Ross has been amazing and addressed them before we can even bring them up. This community is really starting to come together and Ryan homes have done an outstanding job! I recommend without any reservation Lake Manor, Ryan Homes, Mark and Ross for all the have done!!!
