Unbelievably we made the decision to purchase in Hillcrest Ranches after viewing the community online. Alan Solotky was very warm, welcoming and helpful during our virtual meetings to discuss offerings and options. I'm not happy with this builder. The location of the home is in the middle of nowhere. Everything is an 1/2 hour to get to, such as food shopping. There is nothing in the town as far as stores. overall, it was a bad experience because I drove 10 hours to see the homes and only one available for viewing.
I am in the process of having a home built in Hillcrest. Brian Hughes is an excellent PM and has kept me informed every step of the way with weekly communication and pictures. This is important to me as I live 3 hours away and this helps me see what is going on with my home. I am looking forward to the completion at the end of the month and enjoying my quality built home in Hillcrest. Thank you Brian for all you do !
Alan Solotky, with Ryan Homes at Hillcrest Farms in Franklinton, NC was a great help to me in the selection and purchase of my soon to be built home. He never pressured me was very informative about the neighborhood and my financing options. I would highly recommend him with your home search.
