We are so excited for our future home at High Point Estates. We had been spending every weekend house hunting and home disapointed and with tired feet. Then one evening, we came accross Ryan Homes! Patrick muston from the sales team was very helpful, knowledgeable in guiding us through the entire process. He made it easy for us from the beginning. Adam schott, from the project management team addressed the issues and defects in timely manner. Thank you team.
For the first time in life I feel racially profiled and discriminated against. Adam Schott , whom is the project manager, along with Clint Cagle are the worse. Greg “Adam Schott boss” is the only person that has shown some form of empathy and true concern Months before closing my wife and I had several concerns in regard to our backyard. Both Adam and Clint were sent emails and reassured us that these issues would be addressed. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I closed here 10/30/23 and raised concerns about my backyard that were dismissed citing drainage. I recently brought up these concerns again and was told we will fix within a week it as we all missed this (senior project manager, project manager and engineer). The next week comes and I get told it won’t happen for 6 weeks. My kids can’t enjoy our backyard and none of them care. Clint Cagle is condescending and dismissive.
