Just dropped by to see what it's like because good friends of mine are buying there. I personally don't like the look of these ranches; but that's just me. It's a very large development and is almost sold out. Close to Route 2 and I-90 but still out in a rural setting. It has large retention ponds for water run off; so get ready for lots of Canada geese!

I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. This is a great community to be a part of. We’ve had a few bumps along the way that were addressed in a timely manner by the Ryan homes warranty team. Most recently we’ve battled an issue with a flooring company for more than a year, and the Division Warranty Manager for Ryan Homes, Hiram Coffey, went to bat for us and solved our issue.
