I worked with Justin Leach throughout the process in which I was pretty new to it all. Justin was helpful and really showed that he cared for any issues that arose through the process. Communication was quick, and they also looked for ways to get things more within my budget which was appreciated.

Our 5 star rating is specifically for our PM (Brett) and his team! Our experience with our sales rep and NVR is an entirely other story that we won’t get in to here (however there is a new sales rep in our community, Justin, and based on the brief interaction we had with him last week he seems great). We love our new home at Hidden Chase! Brett was communicative, honest, and up front throughout the entire process.
