We are very happy with our home in Hickmans Crossing, it was exactly what we were looking for. Jason helped us with the sale, Jordan was our first project manager for the design call and pre-drywall walkthrough, and Tim was our project manager for updates closer to final walkthrough and closing. All 3 were wonderful to work with, and Tim took care of minor issues quickly and thoroughly the first month or so after moving in. He also checks with us to be sure all is still good when we see him in the community.
My wife and I shopped around and tried to purchase a home in the Ocean isle NC area. Jason at Ryan homes was so up front and helpful and made the buying decision and process so easy. The other builders in the same area really played games and would not be up front on the final pricing, and one of them refused to put the pricing on a buyers order for us, they wanted us to take their word for it.
