Cute development
I always wanted a new build. The price of these homes are unbelieveable and affordable. You can't get a 4 bedroom new build in the mid $200'sK in the DMV area. I went to view the model home on Oct. 9th and signed the contract by the end of the month. Robyn V. & Rick S. are great to work with. They keep me informed as the house is being built. My new home will be ready for delivery sometime in March 2023. I am so excited!
