My wife and I needed to downsize and chose Heritage Village because of our previous success with Ryan Homes in Stark County. We love the Palladio model we built! We decided to downsize in 2025. After looking at a few Ryan (and other builder) communities, we were overwhelmed a bit. Heritage Village was our 2nd to last visit, but it quickly became clear that this is where we’d build our new home. We went to look here because they offered the Aviano ranch.
