My wife and I just moved into our Ryan Home! We did a Columbia build. We had a rocky start with our original project manager quitting shortly after breaking ground but this was truly a blessing in disguise because Tony became our project manager and our home truly would not be as great as it is without him. I would not recommend building in this neighborhood or with Ryan Homes in general. Ever since we signed the paperwork it has been a nightmare mainly around communication, Ryan Homes providing false expectations, and delays. I do understand there are some delays but our closed date was getting pushed week by week and we closed 60+ days after our original close date. Where do I begin!? We recently purchased a home with Ryan homes and it has honestly been a very wonderful experience so far! Our sales representative, Clare Bowers is honestly hands down the best there is in her league! We have lived in our Ryan built Heritage Hills home now for 6 months. The home was built well and I’m very happy with the product. During the build my flooring selection was discontinued and there was a question as to what I would receive. The PMs Michael and Justin took care of my concerns quickly and were able to get my flooring choice. All issues at closing have been addressed, albeit a bit slowly on some non-functional items.
