Sales team was great. Warranty department is horrible. We moved into our home in 2021 and we still have one year warranty ticket requests that have not been addressed. Prepare yourself for a part time job just keeping up with all the requests after you close, because Ryan Homes certainly does not.
Maureen was a joy to work with while designing and purchasing our first house! I don't see how it could have been an easier or more pleasant experience while choosing our model, options, and lot.
