I am a first-time homebuyer and active-duty military service member using my VA home loan. On April 26, 2025, I toured a Harpers Glen townhome in Wendell, NC. After viewing the property, the sales agent, Kelsey, was extremely pushy, emphasizing that this was the “last home” available at $249,000 and warning that if I didn’t act immediately, it would be listed to the general market by Monday.
