I would never buy from Ryan Homes again. This community is wonderful because of the people but the house has problems, the HOA is awful and the company has been difficult to deal with since we signed. We bought because there were less options at the time. We have had so many issues with the house including cabinets not attached to the walls, heat not working, flooding water and more. We went around to several communities just to scope out the properties and get a feel for the construction companies and the communities they were building. We met with Anthony and he was great. Very upfront and honest. Was not pushy and did not try to sell us something we didnt want or couldnt afford. He took his time going through the pros and cons, spoke about upgrades and options, talked about the future of the community and all that is near it, and all the incentives they were offering at the time.
