Kevin who works in operations is a great asset to this company. My client and I showed up with no appointment and he kindly showed us the community and went over all the benefits of buying from Ryan homes.
Don’t buy here if you expect quality! Spent 500k and our tub makes very loud creaking noises when you make ANY type of movement. The vendor that did the work is RJ Kielty they came out and put a bandaid on the issue but it is not resolved. Sloppy install that they refuse to fix correctly. We communicated this to Ryan Homes warranty and now Ryan Homes is telling us they will not do anything else. It’s our problem. That’s right brand new house for 500k with a messed up tub is our issue!
