Negative experience with this company and its developers. Both refused to help, despite the Ryan Homes manager Bruce saying they could help me. I have had to fix tens of thousands of dollars in damages construction of this site caused to my septic system and to my home when they filled in and destroyed existing drainage and elevated the land to drain towards my property line, and that of others living around this site. Lisa the sales rep has been so wonderful helping explain the whole process and has been a huge source of support. Jamilah the mortgage officer has also been a great resource throughout this process.
