We are thrilled to be building our dream home. There are many reasons why we selected Ryan Homes. Customer Service is one. We met Matt with Ryan Homes at Hampton Place who helped us in the process. We toured and spoke to reps of other neighborhoods but none was as willing to go the extra mile in helping us. The attention to detail is another reason we selected to build with Ryan Homes. We have had such an excellent experience with the team at Ryan homes at Hampton place. Lisa the sales rep has been so wonderful helping explain the whole process and has been a huge source of support. Jamilah the mortgage officer has also been a great resource throughout this process. We are looking forward to seeing our dream home being brought to life!!!
Buyer beware!!! They sold us a hazardous environment!! We bought a new Ryan homes and all started having bad health symptoms. We realized after living there a little over 3 months that there was insufficient attic ventilation and the soffit vents were covered and we thought it was toxic mold causing our problems when we a few weeks later found the duct work was filled with drywall dust (silica) We have had to leave our home for the sake of our 1.5 year old 3.5 year old and our son we are expecting in less than a week after c... read more
Negative experience with this company and its developers. Both refused to help, despite the Ryan Homes manager Bruce saying they could help me. I have had to fix tens of thousands of dollars in damages construction of this site caused to my septic system and to my home when they filled in and destroyed existing drainage and elevated the land to drain towards my property line, and that of others living around this site. My Husband & I are beyond pleased with the service we’ve experienced from Ryan Homes! We are excited about building our Dream Home. Our Sales Rep., Derek J. has truly exceeded our expectations with his patience & wisdom alone. We’ve also had a great experience with their mortgage company NVR. We are still in the beginning stages & waiting on the underwriting process now but I have faith in this company continuing their superb service. We are also First Time Homebuyers!!
