We have really enjoyed getting to know Jay here in KY. He has been great to deal with! Fletcher knows his stuff too! It doesn't matter what time we message them they get back to us quickly! This has been totally different from our other homes we have purchased . Highly highly recommend Ryan's team! So far its been awesome! Thank you guys so much!
The HOA is insane
Please watch your houses and set up plenty of security cameras. We have tried everything to stop the construction workers and painters from taking water from our house. It’s been a constant battle from the time we moved here. I’ve notified the builder multiple times, and they assured me that it would never happen again. However, we still have workers coming into our yard collecting water from our faucets. It is expensive! Also, it is not acceptable for them to come onto our property. I can’t believe this is happening.
