We've lived in the top notch Sea Trail community for several years. When Ryan Homes came to build here, we liked what we saw and decided to become first time home builders. 1. The process from buying our home to move in was relatively simple. We bought in November and didn’t return until we moved in over Memorial Day weekend, which was two months earlier than estimated! So obviously the communication was good as our permanent home is in Seattle. 2. We love our lot as we can watch the golfers at the tenth hole and scenery is beautiful- alligators, birds, ponds etc. 3. Our home is just right.
