Relatively rural area just under development. I liked the quiet but wife was concerned about emergency, police, fire, and medical services not being close by. Typical Ryan quality and floor plan.
Alana reached out to us and allowed us to meet our personal timeline for our build. She was very professional in doing this and obviously kept our needs in mind. We are so happy to be able to move to The Groves at New Kent and can’t wait to move into our new home. Our experience was wonderful and we couldn’t be happier. The new home will be beautiful. Although I'm just at the beginning of my journey with Ryan Homes, so far it has been a great experience. Alana Buzby is great to work with and I'm looking forward to my build and move in.
We decided to move back to VA after leaving in FL for 4 1/2 years to be closer to our family. The Groves at New Kent is excellent location for us and looking forward to move in the Groves at New Kent soon.
