If I could give negative stars, I would. We still don’t have a yard, or driveway. House flooded twice in the first two months we were here, plus plenty of other problems. I could literally write a book. Also, our house was delayed by 5 months; and they STARTED building on our original closing date. Has been a nightmare from start to finish, and the wait wasn’t even worth it.
Judy Grens not only made buying our first home possible but also made it an incredibly pleasant process! She has been with us every single step of the way and we can not thank her enough for all that she has done. She is personable and remembers the small details. We felt completely taken care of and was so patient every step of the way. Judy, we are so grateful for you!
My home buying experience with Ryan Homes has been super! Everyone at Ryan is very friendly. My main contact, Kathy Living, has been very helpful in guiding me thru the process; especially the Design Center process where you get to choose all your options such as the exterior color of your home. Jennifer was the first person I talked to at Ryan and her enthusiasm is contagious.
The sales staff is super friendly , patient, and helpful. We have had a wonderful experience so far. Our home is still in the very early stages before ground is broken.
